Breakdowns / Repairs
All customers get a full support package consisting of 24/7 reactive callout with all breakdowns attended within 24 hours unless specified.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Preventative maintenance prolongs the life of any refrigeration or ware washing equipment
Maintenance visits can be arranged with clients tailored to their personal requirements within a timescale to suit their business needs and budgets.
Annual Service Contracts
An Asset List / Log is generated and quotations supplied for individual sites / companies

With Trend’s Service Division constantly liaising with our Sales Team we are aware of the cabinets / systems within the industry which are reliable and cost effective for our customers. All installations are carried out to the highest standard, with the customer’s requirements to continue trading, wherever possible, a paramount consideration.
Tailored to the customer’s specific requirements, we are the main local agents for many leading manufacturers of refrigeration: Williams, True, Coolpoint, Scotsman to name just a few – all of which Trend carry out service work on their behalf. Some sites have preferred equipment manufacturers that we are more than happy to source to give maximum discounts to the client on purchases

- 3 hour attendance – Emergency callout
- 24 hour attendance
- 72 hour (3 day) attendance
- 7 day attendance for non-urgent works
