Preventative maintenance prolongs the life of any refrigeration or ware washing equipment.
We can provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) package on request for new and existing commercial refrigeration equipment. Although your original equipment may not have been purchased from Trend, we can still provide this service.
Maintenance visits can be arranged with clients tailored to their personal requirements within a timescale to suit their business needs and budgets. Some of the larger customers require 2 full visits per annum.
An Asset List is generated to include all details of the equipment to be serviced.
Maintenance on Refrigeration Equipment consists of:
- Cleaning of condensers and evaporators.
- Refrigerant charges checked and noted.
- Electrical connections checked.
- Controllers calibrated and checked.
- Door seals checked. Water systems and filters cleaned (ice machines and glass washers).
- All systems ran on full test
- Any faults found will be reported to a designated site contact and costings provided if required
